Virgin OLIVE OIL
 

 

Virgin olive oil is obtained by crushing the best varieties of olives grown , harvested at the correct maturity , which only subjected to mechanical processes that remove natural juice.

Treatments performed for obtaining virgin olive oil is washing raw materials , grinding , decantation , centrifugation and filtration finally obtaining oil free of impurities, and with a characteristic brightening olive oil .
It is a virgin oil with small alterations that are virtually undetectable in the case of sensory cataloging.

Olive oil is lighter in color, flavor and odor characteristic to the olive tree . The acidity range is between 1.0 - 2.0 degrees of acidity.
Olive oil should be stored in cool, dry place away from sunlight.
