This product is obtained from the pitted olive which is to replace the olive pit with garlic. Fresh garlic goes through a stage of peeling, washing and blanching to inactivate the enzymes and used as filler in bone replacement olive. This will give a distinctive type of filler and a conservative action that would prevent bacterial growth flavor.
The product obtained is packed with new brine in different forms: jars, sachets with different capacities and doypack; they are subjected to a pasteurization process for subsequent dispensing.
