Olives stuffed with chestnuts is obtained from the pitted olive , which is to replace the bone of olives with chestnut. Chestnut is cleaned and separated from the remains of shells and impurities, and then be cut and placed in bone replacement olive.
The product obtained is packed with new brine , in different forms : jars , sachets with different capacities and doypack ; they are subjected to a pasteurization process for subsequent marketing in the domestic and international markets.
